Thirty buildings, car-free courtyards and a pool: a new quarter in Nor Nork.
About the project
A large residential quarter: 30 residential buildings and two non-residential ones, one of them an approved kindergarten. Nor Nork is one of the greenest districts of Yerevan, and the Nork-Marash and Nor Nork districts give easy access to the city center.
The quarter offers park zones, sports grounds, a pool, a kindergarten and a school within walking distance, a dog-walking area, EV charging stations and three-level underground parking. Courtyards are car-free. Apartments are spacious and bright, from 38.6 to 98.6 m².
